Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Longan Labs (www.longan-labs.cc). This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping fees are calculated, and how long delivery takes. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
• All delivery times stated in this policy are counted from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times — Listed Countries

For the countries below, shipping is charged by package weight using the following formula:

Shipping Fee = (Rate per kg × Package weight in kg) + Registration Fee

Example: A package weighing 0.5 kg shipped to the United States:
20.5 (USD/kg) × 0.5 (kg) + 3.3 (USD) = 13.55 USD

Notes:

• Package weight includes the product(s) together with all packaging materials.
• The exact shipping fee for your order is calculated automatically at checkout based on total package weight and destination.

3. Other Countries & Regions

For destinations not listed in Section 2, we apply a flat shipping rate per package based on weight:

Packages heavier than 4 kg: please contact us at info@longan-labs.cc for a shipping quotation before placing your order.

4. About Delivery Times

• "Working days" exclude weekends and public holidays in both the shipping-origin and destination countries.
• The 7–14 working day estimate applies to the countries listed in Section 2. Delivery times for other destinations vary by carrier and will be confirmed by e-mail together with your tracking number.
• Customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, severe weather, and other events outside our control may extend delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 days to appear in the carrier's system.

7. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment. We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, actual re-shipping costs will be charged before redelivery.

8. Cancellations & Shipping Fee Refunds

• Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund, including shipping fees.
• After dispatch, shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a delivery failure is caused by an error on our part.

9. Changes to This Policy

Shipping rates, registration fees, and delivery estimates may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The rates displayed at checkout at the moment you place your order always prevail.
